Training & Support Guarantee

  • To ensure you get maximum value from your subscription, we provide:

    • Complete access to training videos and user guides.

    • Ongoing support (via WhatsApp, email, or calls) throughout your active subscription period.

Service Scope

  • Our subscription fees cover the standard features mentioned in your chosen plan.

  • Advanced integrations, third-party application setups, or custom development carried out by our team are chargeable separately and also non-refundable.

Exceptions

Since our services are digital in nature, refunds are not applicable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Partial use of services.

  • Non-usage after purchase.
